Contact & Account Requests
Last updated 3 October 2026
Use this page for Word Decks and Word Dextreme, including shared accounts and all their game modes.
Word Decks is operated by David Richard Owens, an independent operator based in England, United Kingdom. For support, complaints or privacy requests, email hello@worddecks.com.
Game and account help
Email hello@worddecks.com. Include the game/mode, approximate time, device/browser, what happened and what you expected. Use the in-game feedback button for bugs or balance suggestions when possible.
Never send passwords, access tokens or recovery links. Remove private details from screenshots. We may need your username or account email to locate a problem.
Feedback and complaints
Use the feedback button in either game or email us. For a complaint, explain what went wrong and the outcome you would like. We will investigate and respond; ordinary support has no guaranteed instant response.
Privacy and data requests
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, object to legitimate-interest processing, or raise a concern. You do not need a special form or legal wording.
Email from your account address if possible, include your username and explain the request. We ask only for proportionate information needed to verify identity. Requests are normally free and answered within one month; any lawful extension, clarification or identity-check requirement will be explained.
You can complain directly to the ICO. Read the Privacy Policy for your rights.
Delete my account
Follow the Data Deletion instructions or email us. The account is shared: deleting it affects Word Decks and Word Dextreme. Clearing browser storage or disconnecting Facebook does not delete the account.
Analytics choices
Allow or withdraw optional analytics using the cookie controls. You do not need to email us to change this browser’s choice.
Accessibility help
Tell us which game/page, device and assistive technology were affected, and what would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. See Accessibility for available settings and known limitations.
